Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agentic Highway website at agentichighway.ai, the Vettd platform at vettd.agentichighway.ai, or any associated tools including the Vettd scanner CLI (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

Agentic Highway provides trust and safety infrastructure for the AI and agentic ecosystem. Our services include:

• Vettd — a platform that scans and analyzes AI agents, tools, MCP servers, and software packages to generate trust scores and safety assessments
• Trust Score Directory — a publicly accessible directory of scanned packages and their trust scores
• Scanner CLI — a command-line tool for submitting packages for analysis programmatically
• API access — programmatic access to trust scores and analysis data via API keys

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your GitHub account through OAuth. By authenticating, you authorize us to access the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activity that occurs under your account on our platform. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@agentichighway.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, game, or artificially inflate trust scores for any package, tool, or agent
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service or its data without a valid API key, except as explicitly permitted
• Submit malicious content, packages, or data designed to disrupt, exploit, or compromise our platform or its users
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary analysis engine

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, scoring algorithms, analysis methodologies, branding, and all associated content, is owned by Agentic Highway, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any source code, packages, or repositories that you submit for analysis. By submitting a package for scanning, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to analyze its publicly available contents for the purpose of generating trust scores and safety assessments.

Scan results and trust scores generated by our platform are shared resources. They may be displayed publicly in our directory and accessed by other users of the Service.

Trust Scores and Analysis Disclaimer

Trust scores, safety assessments, and all other analysis results provided by the Service are informational only. They are generated through automated analysis and represent our best effort at evaluating the trustworthiness of a given package or agent at the time of scanning.

Trust scores are not guarantees of safety, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. A high trust score does not mean a package is free of vulnerabilities, and a low score does not necessarily mean a package is malicious.

You use trust scores and analysis results at your own risk. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before integrating any tool, agent, or package into your systems.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and operational at all times, but we provide it on a best-effort basis. We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agentic Highway, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at hello@agentichighway.ai.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
