Agentic Highway, Inc. (“Agentic Highway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at agentichighway.ai and the Vettd platform at vettd.agentichighway.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

Account Information via GitHub OAuth

When you sign in to Vettd using GitHub, we receive and store the following information from your GitHub profile:

  • GitHub username
  • Email address associated with your GitHub account
  • Profile avatar URL
  • GitHub user ID

Scan Submissions and Results

When you submit packages, tools, or agents for analysis through our platform or CLI, we collect and store:

  • The package or repository identifier you submitted for scanning
  • Analysis results, trust scores, and metadata generated by our scanning engine
  • The date and time of each scan

API Keys

If you generate API keys for programmatic access to our services, we store those keys in association with your account.

Usage Data

We collect basic, non-invasive usage analytics such as page views and feature usage to help us understand how our platform is used and where we can improve. We do not use invasive tracking technologies or build advertising profiles.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Authenticate your identity and provide access to your account
  • Perform trust analysis and generate scores for submitted packages and agents
  • Display scan results in our public directory so the community can benefit from trust data
  • Improve our analysis engine, scoring models, and platform features
  • Communicate with you about your account or service-related matters

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We encrypt data at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • GitHub — for OAuth-based authentication and access to public repository data during scans
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for hosting, data storage, and compute infrastructure
  • Cloudflare — for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for these services to function.

Cookies

We use a limited number of cookies:

  • Session cookies — used to maintain your authenticated session after signing in with GitHub
  • Beta access cookie — during our beta period, a cookie may be set to remember that you have passed our password gate

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Scan results and trust scores are retained indefinitely as part of our public directory. These results serve the broader community by providing ongoing visibility into the trustworthiness of AI tools and agents.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request that we delete your personal data by contacting us at hello@agentichighway.ai. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically remove scan results previously published to our public directory, as those results are part of a shared community resource.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
