Security meets product. Battle-tested.

Agentic Highway was built after seeing the same problem repeat across regulated teams: AI agents were moving faster than the evidence, controls, and review workflows around them. We created the company to make agentic systems inspectable before they become operational risk: inventory what is running, verify what it can do, preserve signed evidence, and map the result to the frameworks auditors, regulators, and customers already understand.

The people

The people behind the trust layer.

Security, product, infrastructure, and compliance experience brought together around one practical problem: making agentic systems reviewable before they become operational risk.

Will Sergeant

Co-Founder & CTO, Security & Infrastructure

Will co-founded Agentic Highway and leads the security and infrastructure lens behind the company. His background includes cybersecurity analysis at Harvard Medical School, more than a decade of IT experience, ISC2 CISSP certification, computer networking and computer science training through Wentworth Institute of Technology, and AI Tinkerers Boston organizing. He focuses on making agent review, infrastructure posture, and trust evidence concrete enough for security teams to act on.

Kris Mondlane

Co-Founder & CEO, Product & Strategy

Kris co-founded Agentic Highway and turns regulated workflow problems into product systems teams can actually use. He brings 10+ years across startup and enterprise innovation strategy, including AI product ownership at OneDigital, product design work connected to Fidelity Investments and Pearson, Tufts University, and innovation work through CIC Captains of Innovation and Sundai Club. At Agentic Highway, he focuses on product strategy, evidence workflows, and making governance usable for operators, reviewers, and executives.

Jason McDonald

Architect, Security & Compliance

Jason brings roughly three decades across systems administration, DevOps, platform engineering, and regulated research environments. He has built DevOps capability at Harvard Medical School and managed secure systems where reliability, compliance, and operational accountability mattered at the same time. At Agentic Highway, he helps translate agentic risk into architecture, controls, and reviewable evidence.

Justin Pacella

Software Engineer, Security

Justin works across the engineering edge of security, from cyber-physical systems to cloud computing. With graduate training in cyber-physical systems from Northeastern University, computer engineering education at the University of Pittsburgh, and a background spanning full-stack security concerns, he focuses on how agentic systems behave in real environments: what they can reach, what they can change, and what evidence they leave behind.
